Email us your receipt
- Paper receipt: Scan or snap a photo of your receipt and email it to receipts@squaretrade.com (5MB max). Digital receipt/purchase confirmation email: Simply forward it to receipts@squaretrade.com (5MB max).
- In the subject line of your email, include ONLY your Plan Number (found in your purchase confirmation email—check your inbox). Once we receive your receipt, we'll send you a confirmation email within 30 minutes.
FOR USED DEVICES:
Email us your proof of insurance
- Paper phone bill: Scan or snap a photo of your last phone bill (make sure it shows your insurance) and email it to proof@squaretrade.com (5MB max). Digital phone bill: Email a screenshot or PDF of your last phone bill to proof@squaretrade.com (5MB max).
- In the subject line of your email, include ONLY your Plan Number (found in your purchase confirmation email—check your inbox). Once we receive your proof of insurance, we'll send you a confirmation email within 30 minutes.
